Vintage Firearms Inc. is pleased to offer this Interarms Whitworth rifle, manufactured in 1984 and serial number B272805, with the receiver and bolt having matching assembly numbers. This rifle is in 99% condition overall and appears to be unfired. Built on a Mauser action, this rifle utilizes the powerful yet versatile .375 H&H cartridge. The 24” barrel has a hooded bead front sight and an adjustable Williams u-notch rear sight – an uncommon feature not seen on most other Interarms Whitworth rifles. The action features a controlled feed mechanism making this rifle suitable for hunting dangerous game. The hinged floor plate has 99% of its bluing and the release button is positioned on the inside of the trigger guard in front of the trigger. The Monte Carlo stock features a rising cheek piece and is fitted with an Interarms pad, the furniture is a better grade wood than found on most Interarms Whitworth rifles of this kind and it has perfect checkering and two sling studs, there are few minor handling marks mostly from being admired.
