Vintage Firearms Inc is pleased to offer this lightweight, upland gun from Ugartechea, one of Spain’s premier gunmakers well known the world over for making solid, well finished and affordable guns.  This is an affordable, solid gun IN 98% FACTORY ORIGINAL CONDITION CHAMBERED FOR 2 ¾” OR 3” MAGNUM SHELLS, JUST IN TIME FOR YOUR UPCOMING BIRD SEASON, AND AT AN INCREDIBLE PRICE.  In today’s world of modern side x side shotguns built in Turkey, Russia, and elsewhere to be cheap but clumsy guns, the value in a fine Spanish gun cannot be understated.  Built by gunmakers, not CNC machinists, people who spent their whole life building fine guns with hand fit parts and attention to details, including the handling dynamics of the gun.  Weighing just 5 pounds 14 ounces and balance perfectly 1/8” in front of the hinge pin, this “Uggie” was built in 1997 and remains in near new condition.  All metal and wood retain over 98% of their original factory finishes.  The 26 3/4” barrels are choked IC/M and have 3” chambers from the factory, the English style stock and splinter forend are without cracks, checkering like new and ready to rock!  The gun’s mechanics are superb, with excellent screws, barrels tight on breech face and hinge pin like a new gun, crisp trigger pulls, everything has been thoroughly checked out by VFI staff and the gun is ready to go for decades without worries.  The action is handsomely coin finished with nice scroll engraving creating a gun with some added class. The gun has a 30-day mechanical warranty as well.  This must be the very best value available for a fine upland side x side.  Specifications are below, and thanks for looking!
