Here we have a rare and desirable Morgan & Clapp swing barrel single shot pistol. This one is chambered for .30 Rim Fire. The bore is in good condition, but the barrel has lost most of it original factory bluing, the receiver is cast brass and is in great condition. The walnut grip panels are in excellent shape with no cracks; they are serial numbered to the gun. About 500 of these handy little guys were manufactured in New Haven between the years 1864-1866 making them on of the earliest cartridge guns available in the civil war period. They are often neglected, but this one has an overall excellent condition. Add it to your collection soon. Thanks for looking!
