The Browning Superposed is one of the finest over/under shotguns in history and one of John Browning’s most brilliant designs. Production of the Browning Superposed was undertaken in Belgium, from 1931 through 1977 when traditional craftsmanship and production ended. The Superposed is well known in the upland world here and abroad. With this being a 1966, we salt tested the wood to ensure there is no need to worry about the infamous salt debacle.  We stand behind the gun with our SALT FREE GUARANTEE.

This gun bears factory original finishes and is in overall 97% condition. The gun has 28-inch barrels choked IC/LM with 3” chambers and a mirror bore, timed ejectors and a lever sitting Right of Center. The gun has 95% blue remaining on its receiver with engraving that is crisp and clear, 99% blue on the barrels, and 97% blue on the trigger guard.  The gun has seen careful use and bears a few tiny field marks on its stock which has been fitted with a comfortable leather-faced rubber pad.  Ready for any upland pursuit – this classic over/under is ready for the field.
