| General Specs: Zoli, 2010, 12-Gauge, 8lbs. 12oz., Chokes screw-ins, LOP 15 3/16″, DAH adjustable, DAC Adjustable Serial Number: 242043 The Antonio Zoli Z-Sport is a purpose-built Italian competition over-and-under combining quality construction, excellent handling, and the adjustability serious sporting shooters demand. This handsome 12-gauge example, serial number 242043, carries the CF Italian proof-date code for 2010 and remains in excellent overall condition. It comes complete with its fitted Zoli case, four extended choke tubes, choke wrench, and pictured accessories. The 29½” barrels retain 99% blue and are marked with the attractive “Antonio Zoli” script near the chamber area. There is one small blemish on the right side of the bottom barrel; otherwise, exterior barrel condition is excellent with mirror bores. The ventilated rib carries an ivory front bead and silver mid-bead. Four extended choke tubes are included in Modified, Improved Modified, Full, and Extra Full. The blued receiver retains approximately 98% original finish, with only minor handling wear along the lower edges of the frame. The engraving remains crisp and gives the Z-Sport a distinctive but restrained competition-gun appearance. The gun remains tight on both the hinge and action, with properly timed ejectors and a crisp selective single trigger breaking at 3.6 and 3.5 pounds. The highly figured walnut shows excellent color and grain, complemented by sharp hand-cut double-border checkering. The wood finish is excellent with only minor light handling marks, there are no splits, chips, or cracks, and wood-to-metal fit is superb throughout. The capped pistol-grip stock features an adjustable comb, allowing the shooter to fine-tune gun fit and sight picture. Length of pull measures a generous 15 3/16” over the Zoli recoil pad and 14 3/16” to the end of the wood. The gun weighs 8lbs. 12.4oz. and balances approximately 1” behind the hinge pin. This is a handsome, well-maintained Antonio Zoli Z-Sport with excellent mechanics, striking walnut, extensive adjustability, desirable 29½” barrels, and its factory case. A quality Italian competition gun ready for the sporting clays course.
