CSMC Winchester Model 21 28 gauge – BABY FRAME, No. 6 ENGRAVING, CASED

This is the Model 21 scaled the way a 28 gauge ought to be. Built by CSMC on its desirable Baby Frame, this handsome 28-gauge weighs just 6lbs. 7oz. and balances directly on the hinge pin, giving it a lively feel in the hands. Its 26” vent-rib barrels, straight grip and beavertail forend complete a sporting configuration equally at home in the uplands or on the skeet field.

The gun is beautifully dressed with No. 6 engraving, featuring extensive scrollwork and finely executed game scenes, with engraving carried throughout the action, trigger guard, and barrel breeches. The jeweled action, is a fine finishing detail that reflects the level of work throughout the gun. Exceptional highly figured walnut complements the engraving beautifully, while the gold single trigger provides just the right finishing touch. Condition is exceptional throughout. The blue and receiver finishes remain essentially as new, the bores are mirror bright, the action is tight, ejectors are properly timed, screws superb, and the wood shows only a few minor handling marks. This is a gun that has been very carefully kept.
