The John Browning designed Colt 1911 needs very little introduction. It is one of the most iconic pistols ever developed. It has travelled the world and fought numerous battles since its Army acceptance in 1911 and is still widely manufactured and copied today. Since then, many makers have picked up the mantel, with Nighthawk standing among the finest, thus, Vintage Firearms is pleased to offer this Custom GRP. From Nighthawk: “Anything but entry-level. The Nighthawk Global Response Pistol is built to the same exacting standards as every Nighthawk. The GRP uses fully machined components hand-fit by a single gunsmith for heirloom-quality looks, precision, and performance. Purposeful front-and-rear cocking serrations, a recessed, beveled slide stop, and a durable black-nitride finish come standard. Available in single- or double-stack configurations with nearly limitless customization options, the GRP stands tall in stock form as a no-frills 1911 built by the very best, or as the perfect blank canvas for your next custom build.” This example, serial number NHC12401, built in 2016 by Nighthawk Custom, is in superb overall condition. It retains 99% factory black nitride finish, has a mirror bore, and comes with its range bag, two 8 round mags, tools, documents, and accessories. If ordered from Nighthawk Custom today, you’re seeing your gun in 16 months or more. Buy this Nighthawk Custom GRP .45 ACP and have it in your hands in less than a week!
