| General Specs: CSMC Winchester, 2022, 20-Gauge; 28-Gauge; .410 Bore, 7lbs. 4oz., Chokes IC/M; IC/M; IC/M, LOP 14 7/8″, DAH 2 1/8″, DAC 1 3/8″ Serial Number: W38927 This Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company Model 21 Grand American is a remarkable custom-ordered three-barrel small-bore set. All gauges were ordered with 30-inch ventilated rib barrels, 3” chambers for the 20ga. and .410 sets, 2 ¾” for the 28ga. set, each with its own matching forend. B-carved exhibition-grade walnut adorns the gun as well as deeply cut engraving, detailed gold inlays, jeweled water table, barrel flats, and forend iron, all offered in its fitted Connecticut Shotgun leather case; a striking example of the later custom Winchester Model 21 tradition. Connecticut Shotgun Model 21s are best judged individually, and this gun rewards close inspection. It was custom ordered and received the attention of CSMC owner Tony Galazan, with final execution that is genuinely impressive. The engraving and gold inlays received greater detail and depth easily observed in the high-quality photos. The wood selection, fit, finish, and overall presentation all reflect the care expected of a special-order Grand American. The gun carries the full Grand American treatment. The rib is marked CUSTOM BUILT FOR GAME & TARGET, and the barrel flats show IMP CYL and MOD markings for each set and gauge, a versatile choke combination well suited for both field and target use. Condition is superb in every respect. There is very little evidence of use, with only light handling and storage marks consistent with a gun that has been carefully kept. The fitted Connecticut Shotgun leather case is included, along with accessories, tools, snap caps, and fitted compartments. A three-barrel Grand American in 20 gauge, 28 gauge, and .410 bore is one of the most desirable modern Model 21 configurations. The 30-inch barrels add further appeal, giving the set the sighting plane, balance, and presence preferred by many serious small-bore shooters and collectors. For the Model 21 enthusiast or buyer seeking a best-quality American side-by-side set, this is an exceptional opportunity. The purchase price today exceeds $53,000 and wait time is at least a year. No need to wait as this one is ready now! See the specifications below.
