| General Specs: Schleutermann Remscheid, 1917, 31oz. 14 1/2″ Item #: M008 Vintage Firearms is pleased to offer this Imperial German “butcher blade” bayonet. The M1898/05 a/A nicknamed the “Butcher blade” for its distinctive forward flaring blade. This example, produced in 1917 by Schleutermann Remscheid, bears the Royal Cypher of Kaiser Wilhelm II on the spine, and comes with a metal scabbard and leather frog. A perfect companion for your Gewehr 98 or Kar98K. Enjoy!
