Ron grew up hunting with his family and competing nationally in registered skeet, earning multiple medals at the Junior World Skeet Championships. Jay and Ron are working together through the transition to retain and enhance the reputation and exceptional relationships that Jay has earned over the years. Ron is excited to learn from Jay and the rest of the team at Vintage. Ron’s experience in business prior to this was in funeral service, where a strong team and client satisfaction have been his focus and strength. Jay will remain involved in the business going forward, while enjoying a lot more hunting and fishing, he’ll be working on purchasing guns, and continuing his longstanding relationships.
