This presentation piece is No. 117 of only 500 made and is decorated with gold plated small parts and golden inlays depicting combat scenes, dragons, and United States Armed Forces insignias. Apart from factory testing, this Thompson has never been fired and the magazine has never been inserted. The barrel and receiver exhibit high polish 99.5% deep bluing, giving this gun a lush appearance that complements the gold plating. The 16” barrel has a mirror bore and features a gold plated Cutts-style compensator. This is a beautiful exhibition piece that stands as a testament to the members of the U.S. Armed Forces that served in the Vietnam War. Thanks for looking!
