Vintage firearms is pleased to offer this Remington Mohawk 10C the box-magazine fed successor to the Nylon 66, the .22 Remington introduced in 1959 with a stock molded from DuPont nylon. Remington first offered the design with a detachable magazine as the Nylon 77 in 1970, then renamed it the Mohawk 10C in 1972 with a 10-round clip. Production ended in 1978 after roughly 128,000 rifles, a small run next to the Nylon 66. This example, serial number 2294744, produced in November of 1977 by Remington is in excellent overall condition. It retains 97%+ factory finish on all parts, the checkering remains in excellent condition, and has a mirror bore that rates 10/10.
