Produced in Japan by the highly regarded Olin-Kodensha factory, the Winchester Model 101 was introduced to provide shooters with a premium over-under shotgun capable of standing toe-to-toe with elite European competitors. The Pigeon Grade represents an elevated tier of factory finish, immediately recognizable by its handsome coin-finished receiver detailed with attractive game scene and scroll engraving. The XTR Lightweight configuration is specifically tailored the platform for long days in the upland fields by trimming down the overall weight and streamlining the profile. Models bearing the “PK” serial prefix correctly identify the shotgun as a factory Pigeon Grade. These shotguns have earned a dedicated following for their reliable mechanical lockup, intuitive balance, and enduring classic styling. This example, serial number PK486135E produced by Winchester in the 1980s is in excellent overall condition. It retains an average of 98% finish across the coin receiver, blued barrels, and trigger guard, and has mirror bores. The vent ribs ring like bells, the engraving in clear and the screws perfect. This gun has been used for its intended purpose and is tight on hinge but has slight movement on the action with the forend off, it all locks up nicely once closed. The furniture shows some field marks and dings expected on such a workhorse; this gun was engineered for high round counts and longevity; it has fulfilled its purpose and will continue to do so for years to come. This package features a set of sub gauge tubes, (20ga, 28ga and .410) all set for skeet, if ordered today these tubes would cost $1,950! A selection of 12-gauge screw in chokes is also included.

What a versatile package, a must have for the avid clay shooter or upland hunter looking to maximize their field options. Specifications and pictures are below. Thanks for looking!
