Beretta Orvis Uplander 20 ga – 5lb 10oz, GEORGEOUS WOOD, SCREW IN CHOKES

There are a lot of lightweight upland guns on the market, but not many that are this light, and feel substantial at the same time.  Beretta has crafted a gorgeous over and under with superb balance and point-ability in the preferred 20 bore that doesn’t feel whippy and too quick.  This example has 99% factory blue, mirror bores, screw-in chokes, handsome jeweling on the monobloc barrel breech, and beautiful gold-colored adjustable trigger.  There is a small blemish on the trigger guard, please see photos.    Opening and closing the action lets you know this gun has had few rounds through it, and the tang closes well right of center. You’ll be hard pressed to find a prettier set of wood on a gun of this high quality, at this low price.   The figure in the forearm and straight stock would be right at home on any custom gun, finished in a Purdey style leather covered pad.  There are light handling marks on the stock and forearm, that do not detract at all from the overall beauty of the wood.   The stock checkering is uniquely designed to connect from panel to panel.  This versatile upland gun comes chambered in 20 gauge 3” magnum, with choke tubes in cylinder, improved cylinder, skeet, and modified in a case with a wrench.
